Gochujang & Mushroom Radiatore

This creamy Gochujang & Mushroom ragù packs a lot of flavour and a little bit of heat! Lots of wild mushrooms, tomato, and a Gochujang butter with fresh Radiatore pasta.

Serving For Two People

— 330g Radiatore 
— 400g Gochujang & Mushroom Ragù
— 60g Peanut & Scallion Oil
— 40g Gochujang Butter

Instructions

1) Bring a pot of water to a boil.

2) Cook pasta for 2 minutes. Warm sauce over low heat until simmering.

3) Transfer cooked pasta. Add Gochujang Butter and toss until evenly coated. Season with salt to taste.

4) Plate in two bowls. Finish with toasted peanut & scallion oil.
