A caramalized shallot & gochujang sugo with charred cabbage, spring onion & toasted sesame slaw.
Serving For Two People
— 400g Smoked Tofu & Ricotta Gnocchi
— 300g Shallot & Gochujang Sugo
— Charred Cabbage Slaw
Instructions
1) Fry your gnocchi over medium heat in pan with some cooking oil until golden brown.
2) In a separate pan, heat gochujang sauce until simmering then spoon onto 2 plates.
3) Add gnocchi to the plates, season with salt to taste.
4) Finish with charred cabbage & spring onion slaw and toasted sesame seeds.
