2023 Vinícola Nulles "Parabòlic" Tinto - Tarragona, Spain

The place in question is Tarragona in northeastern Spain where the coastal influence keeps ripeness in check (so you don't become ubriachi like the pasta!), while catalysing a palate that recalls dusty red fruit and the contents of a sylvan forager's satchel.
