Serves Two People

— 300g Creste di Gallo
— 400g Vodka Sauce
— 40g Whipped 'Nduja & Ricotta
— 100g Bocconcini
— 30g CalabrianChili Crisp
Instructions
1) Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta for 2 minutes.
2) In a saucepan, heat the Vodka over medium-high until simmering, add whipped 'nduja and stir. Transfer cooked pasta to pan and add 1-2 tablespoons of pasta water.
3) Add bocconcini to sauce pan and stir consistently until melted throughout.
4) Plate in two bowls. Finish with 'nduja chili crisp
