Terres Falmet "Sibylline" Rosé 750ml

Our Languedoc hero, Yves Falmet, is back for August with a rosé that channels every late-summer fruit into a kaleidoscopic whirlpool of pink hedonism. He's a Mourvèdre master, in this case somehow rendering the rugged, baritone grape into an irresistible agent of elegant sapidity — striking like a sunbeam and leaving a sea of quenched thirst and satisfied palates in its wake. 

Taut, dry and persistent, Falmet's rosé is a winsome aperitif, but by the second glass it's on its knees, supplicating for this month's exuberant rigatoni dish.
