A Tuscan favourite, beef and red wine stewed with peppercorns, rosemary, sage and garlic. Adorning fresh spaghetti and finished with a parmigiano frico and toasted pink peppercorns!

Serving For Two People

— 300g Fresh Spaghetti
— 454g Peposo Sauce
— 60g Parmigiano Frico
— Toasted pink peppercorns


1) Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 3-4 minutes.

2) Warm sauce in a separate pan over medium heat until simmering. Add small spoonfuls of pasta water for consistency.

3) Transfer cooked pasta to your sauce pan and toss. Allow sauce to reduce away any excess water.

4) Plate your pasta in two large pasta bowls. Finish with parmigiano frico and toasted pink peppercorns.
