Saffron & Leek Gnocchi

These extra large hand rolled Ricotta Gnocchi are a delightful bite with a creamy Saffron & Leek Sugo. Bright green peas and crispy fried shallots create texture and freshness to compliment the dish.

Serving For Two People

— 330g Fresh Ricotta Gnocchi
— 500ml Saffron & Leek Sugo
— 100g Peas
— Crispy Shallots

Instructions

1) Heat Saffron & leek sauce over medium-high heat until boiling.

2) Add Gnocchi and peas and turn down to a simmer. Reduce until Gnocchi is soft and the sauce has thickened.

3) Plate on two plates and garnish with Crispy shallot pangrattato.
