This D.O.P. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with 100% Nocellara Del Belice olives grown in Sicily. Olives are harvested by hand and cold pressed using a decanting process that preserves the aroma flavour and qualities of the oil. The golden green and medium fruitty flavour of this oil make it perfect for finishing dishes and in dressings - you will love it!
