Ricotta Limone Fettuccine

Fettuccine makes its debut onto our menu with this creamy Ricotta Limone sauce, fresh summer asparagus, sweet peas and mint!

Serving For Two People

— 750g Fettuccine
— 450g Lemon Riccotta Sauce
— 40g Grana Padano
— 140g Asparagus & Sweet Peas
— Fresh Mint

Instructions

1) Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

2) Add asparagus, peas and sauce to a pan and bring
to a simmer over medium heat.

3) Cook pasta for 3-4 minutes then transfer to sauce pan. Allow to reduce and toss until coated evenly. Season with salt to taste.

4) Plate in two bowls. Finish with torn mint and grated Grana Padano.
