Radiatore Miso Bolognese

Making it’s way from Vancouver’s Chinatown to Pasta Club members, this Radiatore Miso Bolognese is a Pizza Coming Soon fan favourite! Chef Keith Allison gives us a hearty umami Bolognese ragù for a dish that highlights the playful nature of his Japanese snack bar.

Serving For Two People

— 330g Fresh Radiatore Pasta
— 500ml Miso Bolognese Ragù
— Togarashi spice
— Grana Padano

Instructions

1) Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

2) Cook pasta for about 3 minutes.

3) Warm Bolognese ragù over medium heat until simmering.

4) Transfer cooked Radiatore and Miso Parsley Butter to your saucepan.

5) Toss until sauce has thickened.

6) Plate and finish with Grana Padano.
