Zozzona combines the best of all the Roman classic flavours. A rich Italian sausage & guanciale ragù with a little heat reminiscent of an Amatriciana sauce, plus the creaminess of a Carbonara. It's a perfect match-up for our fresh radiatore pasta!
Serving For Two People

— 300g Radiatore
— 300g Zozzona Ragù
— 50g Carbonara Sauce
— 30g Grana Padano
Instructions
1) Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta for 2 minutes.
2) In a saucepan, heat the Zozzona Ragu over medium-high until simmering. Transfer cooked pasta to pan and add 1-2 tablespoons of pasta water.
3) Turn off the heat and add the Carbonara sauce. Stir or toss this in with the pasta until evenly coated.
4) Plate in two bowls. Finish with grated Grana Padano.
