Our Miso Chili Ragu Sauce by Chef Mike Pigot is an umami bomb. Made with tomatoes, onion, garlic, eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, miso paste, basil, oregano, and chilis. There's a little bit of heat to this sauce, plus a lot of flavour!
