Marinated Prawn Casarecce

This summer prawn pasta uses a rich & bright tomato sauce balanced nicely with lemon & chilli marinated prawns. Our fresh Casarecce pasta is the perfect match to soak up the flavours of this dish!

Serving For Two People

— 300g Casarecce
— 450g Tomato & Confit Garlic Sugo
— 140g Marinated Prawn Meat
— Finely Cut Chive & Fresh Parsley

Instructions

1) Bring a pot of water to a boil.

2) Add sauce to a pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

3) Cook pasta for 3-4 minutes then transfer to sauce pan. Allow to reduce and toss until coated evenly.

4) Plate in two bowls. Spoon marinated prawn meat in olive oil overtop while the dish is hot. Garnish with fine cut parsley & chives.
