Linguine Vongole

Fresh linguine adorned with Manila Clams, lobster sauce, and sundried tomato chili butter.

Serving For Two People

— 300g Linguine
— 400g Lobster Sauce
— 250g Steamed Clams
— 80g Calabrian chili, lemon and parsley butter

Instructions

1) Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 2-3 minutes.

2) Heat lobster sauce over medium heat until simmering. 

3) Transfer pasta to sauce pan. Add clams and Calabrian chili butter, stir until butter is melted throughout.

4) Plate in two bowls
