Layers on layers of fresh pasta, bechamel, ricotta, parmigiano and mozzarella on top of our cacio e pepe sauce.
Serving For Two People
— 400g Ricotta & Parmigiano Lasagna
— 250g Cacio e Pepe Sauce
— 40g Pecorino Romano
Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 425°. Place lasagna on parchment paper and baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes then broil on high for another 5-8 minutes until browned.
2) Warm cacio e pepe sauce in a sauce pan until simmering.
3) Ladle sauce onto two plates. Place lasagna on each plate.
4) Finish with Pecorino Romano.
