La Mano Baked Mac & Cheese
This velvety Gruyere cheese sauce smothers fresh Creste Di Gallo pasta, finished with grated Grana Padano and pickled jalapeños.
Serving For Two People
— 330g Fresh Spaghetti
— 360g Gruyere Cheese Sauce
— 80g Grated Grana Padano
— Pickled Jalapeños
Instructions
1) Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 3-4 minutes.
2) Transfer pasta to a large mixing bowl. Add cheese sauce and toss until coated. Season with salt to taste, and add pickled jalapeños (leave a few for garnish).
3) Transfer pasta and sauce to a small baking dish or oven safe skillet. Cook on broil in oven for 4-5 minutes or until cheese is brown on top.
4) Remove from oven and garnish with remaining jalapeños. Eat straight from the dish or serve on plates!
