Whole grain Red Fife Casarecce pasta with a hearty Porcini Mushroom Ragù highlights organic grains and lentils. Finished with a chive shallot butter, pickled wild mushrooms and parmigiano.
Serving For Two People
– 330g Red Fife Casarecce
- 500ml Porcini mushroom sauce
– 125g Pickled mushrooms
– 40g Chive butter
Instructions
1) Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 2–3 minutes.
2) In a sauce pan, heat sauce until simmering.
3) Add cooked pasta along with chive butter. Allow to reduce and season to taste
4) Plate and finish with parmigiano
