A herbaceous basil & chive sauce with roasted zucchini, pine nuts and feta.
Serving For Two People
- 300g Creste di Gallo
- 300g Basil & chive primavera sauce
- 125g Roasted zucchini & pine nuts
- Feta cheese
Instructions
1) Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 3 minutes.
2) Warm primavera sauce over low heat, do not simmer. Heat zucchini & pine nuts in oven or air fryer for 5 minutes at 400°.
3) Transfer cooked pasta to sauce pan with 1/4 cup of pasta water. Turn up the heat to medium and stir or toss until evenly coated. Salt to taste.
4) Plate in 2 bowls and finish with crumbled feta and zuchini.
