Casarecce Al Ragù Bianco

Milk braised pork ragù, slow cooked with soffritto and finished with mustard oil & grated Grana Padano cheese. A beautifully balanced and rich pasta dish using our fresh Casarecce!

Serving For Two People

— 330g Casarecce
— 454g Pork Ragù Bianco
— 60g Grated Grana Padano
— 25ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

1) Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

2) Cook pasta for about 3 minutes. 

3) Warm ragù bianco in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. 

4) Transfer cooked pasta to saucepan and allow to reduce for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt to taste.

5) Toss pasta until evenly coated. Plate into 2 pasta bowls.

6) Finish with grated Grana Padano and a drizzle of mustard oil.
