Chicken Sausage Tagliatelle Alfredo

Alfredo makes its debut at La Mano with this spicy chicken sausage Tagliatelle! A deliciously creamy Alfredo sauce, Grana Padano cheese and house made chicken sausage on our hand sheeted egg yolk Tagliatelle is bound to warm you up this November.

Serving For Two People

— 300g Hand Sheeted Tagliatelle
— 350g Alfredo Sauce
— 120g Spicy Chicken Sausage
— 40g Grana Padano

Instructions

1) Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta for 3 minutes.

2) Chicken sausage in a sauce pan over medium-high heat until hot. 

3) Reduce heat to low and warm Alfredo sauce. 

4) Transfer cooked pasta to sauce pan, add 1 tablespoon of pasta water. Toss until evenly coated.

5) Plate in two bowls. Finish with fresh shaved Grana Padano.
