This “Ragù di Cipolla” is a slow cooked onion sauce that is rich in flavour and sweetness from caramelized onions. Reminiscent of a French Onion Soup finished with a delicious chive crema and garlic pangrattato, this is a warming pasta to get you through a chill February night. 

Serving For Two People

— 330g Campanelle
— 450g Ragù di Cipolla 
— 100g Chive Crema
— 40g Garlic Pangrattato

Instructions

1) Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 3 minutes.

2) Warm sauce over medium heat until simmering.

3) Toss pasta with sauce, season with salt to taste.

4) Plate in two bowls. Finish with Chive Crema and Garlic Pangrattato.
