Garlic, chilies, basil, white wine and blistered cherry tomatoes with a ball of fresh burrata to send this pasta over the top!

Serving For Two People

— 300g Fresh Spaghetti
— 250ml White Wine Sauce
— 150g Cherry Tomatoes
— 125g Burrata
— Fresh basil leaves


1) Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 3-4 minutes.

2) Add cherry tomatoes to a sauce pan with some cooking oil and heat over medium-high heat until blistered.

3) Add white wine sauce and bring to a simmer.

4) Transfer cooked pasta to sauce pan and add 1 tablespoon of pasta water. Season with salt to taste

5) Plate in 2 bowl and top with 1/2 ball of burrata in each. Garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
