Vodka "Mac & Cheese"

Our fresh take on Mac & Cheese using Creste Di Gallo, spicy 'Nduja Chili Crisp, and an extra cheesy Vodka sauce.

Serving For Two People

— 300g Creste di Gallo 
— 400g Vodka Sauce
— 100g Bocconcini
— 30g 'Nduja Chili Crisp 

Instructions

1) Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta for 2 minutes.

2) In a saucepan, heat the Vodka over medium-high until simmering. Transfer cooked pasta to pan and add 1-2 tablespoons of pasta water. 

3) Add bocconcini to sauce pan and stir consistently until melted.

4) Plate in two bowls. Finish with 'nduja chili crisp.
