Pillowy light butternut squash gnocchi with a sage & brown butter sauce, candied walnuts and Pecorino Romano. A perfect combination of fall flavours.

Serving For Two People

- 450g Squash Gnocchi
- 80g Sage Brown butter
- Candied walnuts
- Pecorino romano

Instructions

1) Preheat a non-stick pan with cooking oil over medium heat

2) Sear gnocchi in the pan until golden brown. Toss with brown butter & sage.

3) Plate in two bowls and finish with candied walnuts & Pecorino Romano.
