Ready to eat!
Instructions:
1) Start a pot of salted water on the stove and bring to a boil.
2) Neatly arrange truffle salami, prosciutto, Brie de Bourgogne and crostini on a plate or charcuterie board.
3) Gently separate radicchio leaves and combine with endive leave in a mixing bowl. Toss with citrus vinaigrette. Taste and season with salt. To plate, neatly stack endive and radicchio leaves on a plate. Garnish with grapefruit segment and shaved Grana Padano.
4) Add Mafaldine to boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes. In a separate pan, heat white wine sauce over medium heat until simmering. Add poached lobster and prawn meat.
5) Transfer cooked pasta to sauce pan. Toss until evenly coated then salt to taste. Plate on 2 plates, garnish with pink peppercorns.
