Blistered Cherry Tomatoes & White Wine Spaghetti Kit Instructions

Serving For Two People

– 300g Spaghetti
– 250g White Wine Sauce
– 150g Cherry Tomatoes
– 125g Burrata
– Fresh Basil Leaves

Garlic, chilies, basil, white wine and blistered cherry tomatoes create a bright and flavourful sauce. A ball of fresh Italian burrata sends this pasta over the top!

Instructions

1) Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook Pasta for 3 minutes

2) Add cherry tomatoes to a sauce pan with some cooking oil and heat over medium-high heat until plistered.

3) Add white wine sauce and bring to a simmer.

4) Transfer cooked pasta to sauce pan and add 1 tablespoon of pasta water. Season with salt to taste.

5) Plate in 2 bowls and top with 1/2 ball of burrata in each. Garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
