N'duja & Savory Clam Rigatoni

A delicious end of summer feature using n'duja sausage, rigatoni and fresh savory clams flown in from Taylor Shellfish in BC. Finished with a marinated garlic and herb oil.

Serving For Two People

— 300g Rigatoni 
— 450g N'duja & Clam Tomato Ragu 
— 60g Marinated garlic & herb oil 

Instructions

1) Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Cook rigatoni for 3-4 minutes.

2) Add n'duja & clam ragù to a sauce pan. Heat over medium heat until simmering.

3) Transfer pasta to sauce pan, toss until evenly coated.

4) Plate into 2 bowls and finish with marinated garlic & herb oil.
