About The Dinner

Pasta Club is coming to Dalla Tavola Zenari in Edmonton on May 28th for a one-night pop-up dinner! The culinary team at La Mano is teaming up with Pasta Boy From Oz - Chef Christopher Hyde and Vino Al Vino for an incredible 7 course family style dining experience with available wine pairings. Enjoy an antipasti course, 3 pasta courses, and 2 main courses followed by dessert while Andrew Stewart from Vino Al Vino guides you through a terrific selection of wines to pair. A few extra items will be available à la carte on the night of.

Representing La Mano

Chef Jeremy Ouellette and Sous Chef Connor Fenton flex their pasta expertise from experiences in Italy and working at some of the finest Italian restaurants in Canada. 

Christopher Hyde - Pasta Boy From Oz

Chef Christopher Hyde is the Executive Chef at Lina's Italian Market in Calgary and creative mind behind their in-market restaurant Sapore. Christopher has a long history working in Edmonton as Head Chef at Uccellino, pastaio at Bar Bricco, and Corso32. Pasta Boy From Oz is Christopher's self-titled pasta project for pop-ups and collaborations. 

Vino Al Vino

Andrew Stewart and Joe Gurba are partners at Vino Al Vino, a wine importer focusing on low-intervention wines from Europe. Their mantra? Bring in wines they know you'll love to drink. All of Vino Al Vino's wines are directly sourced with vignerons who have a passion for winemaking using methods that preserve nature.

Dalla Tavola Zenari

Elisa and Giancarlo named their restaurant after Zenari's – an Italian market and restaurant their parents opened in 1984. Their love for authentic Italian food and open atmosphere make their restaurant perfect for any friendly get together. "Dalla Tavola Zenari — From the Zenari Table."
