This Albariño is unique in that the grape is not commonly grown in France. While on holiday in Galicia, Spain, winemaker Laurent was charmed by the delicate and fresh local wines made from Albarino. He decided to grow it in his home region, the Languedoc. While some people thought he was mad for bringing such an atypical grape to the region, the wine speaks for itself. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the fragrant peach aromas and refreshingly citrusy palate.
