Made by a family in the Arapongas region, this Organic+ wine is made from 65+ year old vine Tempranillo.  It has a beautiful lush red fruit first impression, then settles nicely in to that elegant earthy, savoury, vegetal note that Tempranillo is famous for.  It is the later that will make this wine so outstanding for the Vegemite Cacio e Pepe.  It should enhance the vegetate notes, and with its modest tannin is a perfect compliment to the cheese in this pasta.
