The two siblings Meca and Rocco are in their 20's and inherited the vineyard in 2021 believe natural farming is the future of wine production. "We want young people to rediscover the beauty and the importance of working land, especially the vine and wine, which here in Italy is the drink par excellence, what has made Tuscany famous throughout the world: Chianti.” 

Zimbatò is a quintessential and beautifully crafted Chianti. An intense ruby red appearance with a bounding bouquet of violets, sour cherries, wild berries, and a distinctly floral aroma.
 On the palate the wine is full, round, and soft, embracing the mid-palate like a hug from an old friend. A persistent floral fruitiness characterizes the charming taste with long silky tannins devoid of any astringency.
