Back again! We had such a blast last time at Bar Tartare. The space in Gastown lends to cozy and casual dining with an un-matched selection of natural wines. This time around we're offering an all-new menu with an option to "try everything" for just $45 per person. Chef Christopher Hyde is a genius with his pastamaking, and we can't wait to share a special Polpette dish inspired by a visit to Al Tranvai in Firenze.
We'll be cooking Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm until 10pm. Come by early, stay late! Enjoy great pasta + wine.
